How difficult is the game?

It’s quite easy. The most difficult part is following directions and finding all the micro-locations in the city.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

You can cancel or reschedule your reservation (free of charge) up to 48 hours before the game is scheduled. After that, your game will be charged.

How  lond does the game last?

You have 60 minutes to find all the clues, solve a series of riddles and tests and complete the challenge.

What if I don’t get to the end?

During the game, you’ll have a walkie-talkie, which you can use to communicate with your gamemaster, in case you need a hint to proceed with the game. If, even with his/her help, you don’t succeed in unraveling the mystery, you’ll have to admit defeat and take responsibility for the fate of the city.

What is the best time to arrive?

Please arrive at the location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the game. This will allow our gamemasters to explain the rules and tell the story behind the quest. We reserve the right to refuse admission to teams that are 20 or more minutes late. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or rescheduling offered.

What if it’s rain?

The game can be played in any weather and any season. However, as we want to provide you with the ultimate experience, the organiser reserves the right to reschedule the game in the event of very bad weather.

Where does the game take place?

The city streets are your playground for this team event. Each puzzle you solve leads you to a location which is within walking distance. As the game is set in city streets, we ask the players to abide by traffic regulations.

Am I old enough? Or maybe too old?

This adventure is fun for people of all ages. The skills of the younger people are just as welcome as the experience and wisdom of the older ones. What is important is the desire to unravel mysteries, solve puzzles and put together clues. Very often, it is the children who are the best at thinking outside the box. However, as the tasks are challenging and a lot of patience and precision is needed, children under the age of 14 have to be accompanied by an adult.

What do I have to bring with me?

You’ll need comfortable footware, goodwill and a desire for playing and exploring.
